From start to finish—that is, from the initial discussion to the final, polished, manuscript—I can help you turn your experiences and ideas into a book. I draw from a background as a publisher (Aqueous Books) and an editor (Prick of the Spindle – A Journal of the Literary Arts). Since 2007, I have served as Editor-in-Chief for Prick of the Spindle, where I edit fiction, poetry, nonfiction, drama, essays, book reviews, interviews, articles, and columns. At Aqueous Books, I edited all novels and short story collections. I am also the author of two books of nonfiction—How to Write and Publish a Successful Children’s Book: Everything You Need to Know Explained Simply (Atlantic Publishing), a category finalist for the Indie Book Awards; and How to Publish A Kindle Book with Everything You Need to Know Explained Simply (Atlantic Publishing)—and a book of poetry (Light and Trials of Light, Finishing Line Press). When emailing me for rates, please mention the genre of your proposed manuscript (fiction or memoir) and provide a brief synopsis of the book (no more than one page in length).
